It has taken a while, but the free Pulp City rules pdf is now in synch with the Guide rules. Up until now, the old pdf was the only free Pulp City rules-set, but thanks to Pulp Monsters theeir current rules have been transferred into a free download pdf.This is the link to the pdf:
